Superintendent of Schools’ Entry Plan
Dear Unit 7 Community,
I am both humbled and excited to serve as the next Superintendent of CUSD #7. My paramount commitment is to meet the needs of every student, every day. I believe that the key to achieving this lies in empowering all faculty and staff with the resources and support they require to excel. In this role, I wholeheartedly embrace the principles of servant leadership.
The objective of this entry plan is to provide a well-defined framework for my transition into the Superintendent position. It serves several crucial purposes:
To establish trust and engagement across all stakeholders.
To discern the needs and goals of the school district and the community.
To identify the district's strengths, challenges, and areas where improvements are warranted.
I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to listen and collaborate with you. Together, we can enhance the opportunities available to the students of the Unit 7 community, enabling them to realize their full potential.
Sincerely,
Dr. Brian Brink
