The fourth hour class that raises the most PER PERSON will win a yummy lunch of your choice of pizza, Raising Cane's, or Jimmy John's! You have until Thursday, November 14 to donate to help feed families in the Unit 7 community. Start off the holiday season by giving to those who need it most!

Do you enjoy writing or are you interested in photography? Unity High School has a brand new club! As a member, you'll have the opportunity to: write articles on exciting topics, conduct interviews with staff and students, take photos that capture the essence of our community, or learn to design professional-looking publications. Don't worry about skill, we have a place for everyone! Join the Unity school newspaper! Informational meeting will be on Wednesday the 6th at 8 am in the library.

Congratulations to the Girls’ Cross Country team for winning the Sectional on Saturday in Mattoon. Emily Decker led the Rockets with the 5th place finish. Mackenzie Pound placed 9th, Ashlyn Denney 14th, Josie Cler 22nd, and Grace Wherley 34th to round out the team score of 79 against 2nd place Shelbyville with 121 points. Come support the girls at the State meet on Saturday at 9 AM in Peoria at Detweiller Park before the 2nd round football game!

There will be a meeting for all girls interested in being part of the Girls’ Track & Field team on Wednesday, November 6th during activity period in Coach Reetz’s room. Any questions or if you can’t make the meeting, please contact Coach Reetz.
